UiPath helped Omega Healthcare automate labor-intensive processes with AI, bots, Document Understanding, and Action Center, enabling staff to focus on higher-value work. The results included a 100% increase in productivity, 50% faster turnaround time, 99.5% process accuracy, 6,700 hours saved per month, a 30% reduction in AR time, a 70% drop in claim resolution times, and clean claim ratios rising to 98%.
