How Inelo built an automation culture that transformed efficiency

Inelo, part of the Eurowag Group and a leading transportation and logistics provider in Europe, needed a better way to handle rapidly growing volumes of repetitive, manual work across driver settlements, records, and customer requests. To support its efficiency goals, the company turned to UiPath and its automation platform, working with local partner Office Samurai to build a scalable automation foundation.

UiPath implemented robots to automate data processing, driver settlement, document handling, and cross-system workflows, starting with a high-volume email and client-message process and expanding across the business. The results include 11 robots, more than 1 million driver records settled, 140,863 customer requests transferred, and 125,903 hours saved, with some automations delivering ROI in five to twelve months and generating an average monthly benefit of around 190,000 PLN.
