Tapestry, the New York-based luxury fashion group behind Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman, wanted to improve efficiency in its SAP S/4HANA ERP environment while maintaining a “clean core.” To reduce manual, labor-intensive work and support more strategic operations, the company turned to UiPath and its automation platform.

Using the UiPath Platform, Tapestry automated processes across financial planning and analysis, cost center creation, lease management, sales and order reconciliations, store space management, invoicing, and master data creation. The results included 5x improvement in data accuracy and 20–25% average effort savings, while also helping Tapestry resolve complex SAP issues, maintain system flexibility, and shift employees from data entry to more creative, customer-focused work.
