The organization needed to reduce manual work, improve accuracy and efficiency, and help its Claim, Utilization Management, and Clinical Management teams handle documents from vendors, providers, and members within service-level agreements. UiPath provided intelligent automation to support these healthcare document processing needs.

With UiPath’s automation and AI capabilities, CareSource streamlined claims, prior authorization, fax, and invoice processing, as well as other clinical operations. The results included 90% of invoices processed automatically, a 50% reduction in manual labor, and a 98.5% auto-adjudication rate for claims, up from 92%, helping CareSource improve turnaround times, reduce delays, and reinvest savings into member care and company growth.
