Tele2, one of Sweden’s leading telecommunications providers, needed a faster and more scalable way to manage internal work as repetitive manual tasks, fragmented automation efforts, and siloed workflows were slowing operations. To address this, Tele2 partnered with UiPath to build an Intelligent Automation capability that could streamline processes, support employees, and better align with its customer-focused transformation goals.
UiPath helped Tele2 start small with a lean team and a few early pilots, then scale into a modular automation framework across the business. In five months, Tele2 deployed 16 robots and saved more than 900 hours in its B2B teams, while also identifying 100+ automation opportunities and engaging over 1,000 employees in awareness or skills programs.
