UiPath implemented an automation that logs into SAP, validates purchase requests, checks vendor details and material codes, and creates purchase orders automatically, with GenAI handling some exceptions. The results included 70% fewer manual errors, 60% fewer vendor and pricing errors, and a reduction in purchase order processing time from 10 minutes to 3 minutes, with plans to expand the solution to more countries.
