Using UiPath’s automation platform, including Document Understanding, Communications Mining, Task Mining, and Automation Cloud, HUB International automated over 60 processes, improved data extraction from more than 900,000 documents, and sped up email handling. UiPath helped the company reduce errors and costs, improve collaboration and decision-making, and create a foundation for further AI and automation expansion.
