UiPath helped ADT streamline operations with Robots, Apps, and AI-enabled automation that worked across legacy systems, modern applications, APIs, and user interfaces. A key example was technician confirmation calls, which dropped from 15–20 minutes to under two minutes, helping jobs finish faster. UiPath also improved consistency, reduced manual effort, and supported scalable automation across the enterprise, with ADT noting more than 5 years of enterprise automation and 13 AI agent use cases planned for 2026.
