Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), part of Allegis Group, is a global workforce solutions provider operating in more than 100 countries. The company needed to modernize invoice reconciliation across more than 150 client programs, each with different rules, approval flows, and remittance formats that changed frequently, causing manual work, bottlenecks, and automation breakage. UiPath helped address this challenge using Document Understanding, UiPath Agents, and UiPath Maestro.
UiPath implemented one adaptive, agentic automation workflow that handles invoice and remittance data extraction, reconciliation in Oracle PeopleSoft, ETL routines, spreadsheet updates, and approval routing. Agents adapt to unexpected format changes and escalate exceptions only when needed, while Maestro orchestrates robots, agents, and analysts across the process. The result was a 50% reduction in development time, a 30% increase in data accuracy, and an 80% decrease in yearly automation maintenance effort, while freeing analysts for higher-value work and improving scalability.
