Bank ABB, a leading banking and financial services institution in Europe’s South Caucasus region, wanted to modernize its workforce and reduce the time employees spent on repetitive manual work. To do this, the bank chose UiPath’s enterprise automation platform to help replace routine processes with digital workers.

UiPath implemented robotic process automation across ABB, starting with card-clearing reconciliation and expanding into areas like CRS compliance checks and HR support. The results were significant: Bank ABB had 131 automated processes and 101,259 total automated hours, with bots running unattended and performing work previously done by dozens of employees faster, more accurately, and at scale.
