Cadillac Fairview is building on the success of automation center of excellence

Cadillac Fairview, one of North America’s largest owners and operators of commercial real estate, began looking for ways to reduce manual work and improve efficiency in its Finance department. To support its digital transformation, the company partnered with UiPath and started automating high-volume, manual processes that were slowing down Development Finance and Finance Services.

Using the UiPath Platform, including UiPath Document Understanding, Cadillac Fairview built an Automation Center of Excellence and expanded automation across the enterprise. The results included 84% average straight-through processing across automated processes, a 100% automation rate across 8 processes, nine bots in production, and thousands of hours saved, helping employees shift from administrative tasks to more strategic work.
