How Landmark built a digital workforce with UiPath

Landmark Group, one of the largest retail and hospitality conglomerates in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, needed a way to manage highly complex, repetitive, high-volume work across its global operations. To support its “lights out” shared-services vision, it turned to UiPath and the UiPath Automation Suite to bring automation into finance, HR, and other core processes.

UiPath helped Landmark build a digital workforce of 500+ live bots that automate tasks such as purchase order creation, onboarding, invoice processing, document reading, and data validation. The results have been significant: Landmark reports 1.9 million hours saved overall, with one purchase-order bot alone saving 40,000–50,000 hours per year and reducing processing time from 90 minutes to four minutes.
