Romande Energie Group, the leading electricity supplier in Western Switzerland, was facing growing operational pressure as workloads doubled and tripled across teams, causing delays and customer dissatisfaction. To improve efficiency and customer service, the company partnered with UiPath and Inoshift to begin automating manual processes using the UiPath Platform.

UiPath implemented robotic process automation across Romande Energie’s Front Office, Metering, Finance, Network, and Collection teams, with 11 processes now in production and 34 robots running daily. The program has saved 5,200+ hours in 9 months, including 453 hours in 30 days, and achieved a 96.83% transaction success rate, while also improving legal compliance and Net Promoter Score.
