UiPath helped Purdue University replace the legacy flow with a public-facing UiPath App powered by UiPath Serverless Robots, reducing the process to a few clicks and allowing work to scale automatically during peak periods. Since launch, the solution has set up more than 27,000 student accounts, saved about 9,000 staff hours, and avoided over $330,000 in costs, while improving the student onboarding experience and easing service desk demand.
