Vidyard’s marketing team, in partnership with Uberflip, set out to move beyond basic segmentation and adopt a one-to-one personalization strategy to drive ABM results. The challenge was to maximize relevance and urgency for key accounts—boosting engagement, booking more meetings for account executives, and accelerating sales opportunities—by making outreach feel timely, personal, and human.

They built tailored content hubs and a sales outreach flow combining curated resources, custom videos from reps, prospect logos, and rep photos on CTAs, supported by a stack including Marketo, Uberflip and Vidyard (plus targeted ads and direct mail). The personalized approach increased engagement with target accounts, improved conversion on content and demo requests, and helped book more meetings and accelerate pipeline progression.
