Xbox increases its brand awareness during the Christmas season

Xbox France wanted to stand out during the high-activity Christmas season by strengthening fan engagement on Twitter and driving participation in its Noël campaign. The challenge was to create a memorable, shareable presence that would keep fans involved every day throughout December.

Working with Edelman, Xbox launched a playful character, “Bernard,” who interacted daily with users using varied mechanics (replies, RTs with hashtags, photo/location prompts) and precise audience targeting. The agile creative-and-media approach generated 11.2M impressions in December, over 220,000 uses of #NoelXbox and a 90% increase in interactions, boosting brand visibility and fan engagement.
