Tayto Ireland used Twitter to support its nationwide Mr. Tayto activation — a live event tied to the Tayto Pop-Up Shop — and to amplify PR and a TV ad campaign. The brand’s challenge was to extend TV reach while driving real-time awareness, conversation and in-market engagement around the campaign.
Tayto ran a cross-channel Twitter program combining Promoted Video, layered audience targeting (username, keyword, interest and TV-genre targeting) and multi-image Tweets with polls and games to spark conversation. The approach delivered 15K video views at a €0.09 CPV and a 36% paid engagement rate, successfully building real-time awareness and engagement.
