A Twitter Case Study

Preview of the Reed.co.uk Case Study

Reed.co.uk uses Twitter to deliver timely career advice to millennials

Reed.co.uk, the UK’s leading job site, wanted to promote its expert career content to 18- to 35-year-old workers and grow website traffic. To do this, Reed.co.uk used Twitter, including Promoted Tweets with Website Cards, to reach millennials who might not be actively job hunting but could be interested in career advice and job tips.

Twitter helped Reed.co.uk run an always-on clicks-and-conversions campaign, refine content based on performance, and target users following influencers, celebrities, and brands popular with millennials. Using the Twitter Audience Platform, Twitter delivered 2.3 million impressions, more than 85,800 link clicks, and a 40% increase in website traffic, with a CPLC 50% below industry benchmarks and a peak link click rate of 3.75%.
