O2 in the UK wanted to extend the impact of its TV advertising and amplify live-event excitement across sport, music, and entertainment. Working with Twitter, O2 used Audience insights and reach-expansion tactics to keep the conversation going and encourage customers to share their experiences.

Twitter helped O2 enrich its ads with interactive buttons and social sharing, including a First View-style approach that pushed TV content further and generated organic reach. By inviting people to Tweet about live experiences for a chance to win tickets, Twitter supported a campaign that drove social proof, increased awareness, and delivered 2.1M results.
