A Twitter Case Study
New Look, the high-street fashion retailer, launched the #AngelsXRobots campaign ahead of the party season to drive awareness of its party edit and encourage both online and in‑store traffic. The brand’s challenge was to add scale and boost cross‑channel engagement by reaching fashion‑conscious consumers at the right moments on Twitter.
New Look used Promoted Video, Images and GIFs, Promoted Tweet Carousels and Website Cards, tailoring creative to different stages of the customer journey and targeting people most likely to engage and convert. The campaign delivered 21.4M impressions, more than 2.3M engagements and a 35.6%+ uplift in engagement, increasing awareness and driving visits across channels.
