Hotel chain Bahia Principe needed a last push before the high summer season to reach highly seasonal Caribbean travelers and boost conversions for a new US summer campaign. The challenge was to drive qualified traffic to the site and turn interest into bookings from segmented audiences like families, couples, honeymooners and beach lovers.
Bahia Principe ran a two‑phased Twitter campaign: an awareness phase with tailored creative for four audience segments, followed by retargeting of users who engaged or visited the site using Website Cards. The approach delivered a 44X lift in qualified site traffic, a €23 CPA and 317 sign‑ups, with Twitter driving more site traffic than any other source.
