An e-commerce company increased engagements with fashion enthusiasts

iCLOTHING is an Irish-owned e-commerce retailer selling women’s clothing and footwear across Europe. Partnering with digital agency Wolfgang Digital, the young, fashion-focused brand wanted to play a bigger role in Twitter conversations about fashion and increase interactions with both existing followers and a wider audience of women in Ireland interested in fashion.

They ran a Tweet engagements campaign built around two custom hashtags—#iWant (users Tweet celebrity outfit photos for store-match suggestions) and #iWear (customers share selfies in iCLOTHING pieces)—tested creative (finding authentic “real life” images outperformed stylised shots) and used tailored audiences to retarget site visitors and purchasers. The campaign drove strong user-generated content and achieved a peak engagement rate of 25%.
