Zions Bancorp Takes Deposit Automated Document Handling to the Next Level

Zions Bancorporation, a leading regional bank with nearly 600 full-service offices, faced a major operational and compliance challenge: signature cards and hundreds of thousands of other customer documents were handled manually, often sitting in branches for days and taking up to 14 days to become electronically accessible. This created security risks, slow customer service and high processing costs, while requiring a solution that could be automated yet flexible enough for its many local banks.
