Twinings Empowers Employees with Instant Access to Paper and Electronic Content

Twinings, the international tea specialist selling over 200 teas in 100+ countries, faced growing pressure on HR and finance to manage thousands of transactional documents (more than 3,500 invoices a month). Their legacy FileNet system was cumbersome, made archives hard to search, consumed physical storage, and slowed invoice processing and query resolution.

Working with DeltaScheme, Twinings replaced FileNet with Microsoft SharePoint and standardised on Kofax Capture and Kofax VRS Elite to scan, enhance, index and archive documents directly into SharePoint. The combined solution created a single, centrally managed repository, cut physical storage, sped access from hours or days to minutes, and now reliably handles hundreds of thousands of incoming records while freeing staff to focus on core tasks.
