Trius, a Belgian IT infrastructure and hosting provider, struggled with slow, error-prone accounts payable processes that threatened growth. To fix this Trius implemented Kofax ReadSoft Online (hosted by partner Scapta) integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and routed supplier emails into the system for OCR data capture. The result: 95% of invoices now automated, average processing time cut to two minutes (80% faster) saving over 25 hours a month, dramatically fewer errors and on-time payments, and a 98% reduction in physical archive space—freeing staff to focus on customer relationships.
