A North American specialist insurer for workers’ compensation faced slow, manual back‑office workflows and a legacy ECM that left typical claims taking about 26 days to process. Seeking faster, more accurate service and the ability to apply predictive analysis to medical-record data, the company set out to modernize and automate core processes.
