Schneider Electric realises cost savings of $500,000 in the first year of its e-invoicing initiative

Schneider Electric, the French multinational in digital automation and energy management, launched an e-invoicing initiative to reduce manual invoice processing, errors, and costs. The company partnered with Tungsten Automation’s Tungsten Network to drive supplier adoption and improve understanding of the benefits of digitization.

Tungsten Automation helped Schneider Electric onboard suppliers and roll out e-invoicing across its AP processes, leading to faster cycle times and more invoices processed straight through. Within six months, 38% of suppliers had converted and another 16% were in progress, delivering $200,000 in operational savings and putting Schneider Electric on track for $500,000 in annual savings with Tungsten Automation fully deployed.
