Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC), the world’s largest regional aircraft leasing company headquartered in Limerick, needed to move its IT estate to Microsoft Azure while securely managing printing across multiple global offices. The challenge was to replace legacy print infrastructure with a cloud-native solution that would be easy to deploy remotely, maintain strong data protection for sensitive HR documents, and provide a seamless experience for staff across five regional sites.

NAC selected Printix SaaS to centralize print management and automate printer rollout from HQ. Integrated with Azure AD SSO and Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Printix auto-installs printers and a mobile app, supports secure print workflows for GDPR compliance, and is managed from a single console. Since 2017 the solution has supported 225 users and 29 printers across five sites, reducing help-desk calls, simplifying onboarding, and delivering a smooth, secure printing experience.
