The Large International Consumer Bank, a leading European lender with a strong focus on automotive financing, faced slow, paper-based loan processing that forced dealerships and customers to wait days for credit approvals and payouts. Dealers asked for faster turnaround because delays were hurting customer experience and dealer cash flow.

The bank built a mobile workflow using Kofax Mobile Capture embedded in a new app so dealers can photograph, extract and validate documents on smartphones; back-office teams can now review and approve credit requests in minutes. The change cut processing time from days to minutes, sped dealer payouts, improved customer and dealer satisfaction, and is being rolled out to over 1,000 key partners with plans to expand and optimize other credit processes.
