Grupo EULEN Centralizes and Digitizes Invoice Processing to Unlock Cost Savings and Efficiency Gains

Grupo EULEN, Spain’s leading provider of general business services with a presence in 14 countries and more than 86,000 employees, faced scaling challenges as its accounts payable processes remained largely manual and paper-based. Processing roughly 20,000 invoices a month across multiple locations risked payment delays, calculation errors and difficulty accessing records for disputes, tying up staff in routine administrative work.

By centralizing invoice processing in a shared services center in Madrid and deploying Kofax ReadSoft Invoices, the Group digitized and automated the handling of over 200,000 invoices a year and integrated captured data with its ERP. The result: improved accuracy, traceability and payment reliability, dramatically faster access to records, and reduced staffing for invoice operations to five people—freeing employees to focus on higher‑value activities and supporting future growth.
