A Tungsten Automation Case Study
De Goudse, an independent Dutch insurer, faced rising customer expectations and an inflexible communications process that threatened service quality. Sending about 10 million documents a year across multiple ERP systems made even small template changes slow and costly, and it was difficult to produce partner-branded or digital communications quickly.
To fix this, de Goudse implemented a centralized customer communications platform using Kofax Customer Communications Manager and is integrating its ERP/CRM systems into a single control point. The change has made document updates monthly instead of taking many months, enabled digital delivery to customers and intermediaries, reduced costs and manual work, and positioned the company for future self-service, mobile and social channels.
