A Tungsten Automation Case Study
Cottyn is a Brussels-based independent law firm that needed to stop losing billable time to manual scanning and document routing. The firm’s previous MFP solution couldn’t integrate with its CRM, forcing support staff to manually link files and slowing down attorneys and administrators.
Cottyn upgraded its MFPs and adopted Kofax AutoStore and Kofax Output Manager to scan, route and link documents automatically into the CRM, with email alerts to responsible staff. The deployment was smooth and cut scanning and routing time by about 50%, increased document capture (so records are more accessible), and let attorneys and staff work more efficiently.
