Cegeka deployed Kofax eCopy via its MFP provider, using a modular platform integrated with Microsoft Active Directory and single‑sign‑on badge authentication (41 licenses). eCopy automates form and barcode recognition, routes invoices to Agresso, handles OCR processing to reduce IT load and network bottlenecks, and saves searchable PDFs or Word files.
