Borusan Cat Lays the Foundation for Digital Transformation with Automation from Kofax

Borusan Cat, the Caterpillar dealer operating across Turkey and several surrounding markets, was pursuing digital transformation but still depended on time-consuming manual work in key processes such as lead gathering and invoice reconciliation. To address this, Borusan Cat worked with Tungsten Automation, using its Kofax RPA product through implementation partner NovaCore, to automate operations and reduce manual effort.

Tungsten Automation’s Kofax RPA solution deployed software robots that searched for sales opportunities, entered leads into CRM, streamlined invoice reconciliation, and supported other processes such as spare-parts reordering. The results were significant: 75 processes automated, 1,700 person-days saved per year, a return on investment before the POC finished, and a 10-point increase in employee engagement in finance within a year.
