Audi-Volkswagen Middle East Improves Procurement Control

Audi-Volkswagen Middle East (AVME), the Dubai-based arm of AUDI AG supporting dealer operations across 12 states, needed to improve local procurement control and replace an existing BPM system. The team required a user-friendly, low‑code solution that could integrate with Microsoft and SAP systems and be operated by staff who are not software engineers.

Kofax’s TotalAgility was implemented as a wizard-driven, point-and-drag BPM for local purchasing orders, handling about 200 LPOs per month for 80 users. It was deployed quickly with no operational issues and delivered greater procurement transparency, reduced paperwork, better invoice‑to‑order matching, cost savings, improved workflow and productivity — and AVME is now exploring additional HR and process automation uses.
