All Saints Multi Academy Trust Transforms Print Services to Enable High-Quality Learning Experiences

All Saints Multi Academy Trust is a fast-growing group of primary and secondary schools in Northwest England that migrated its IT to a serverless Microsoft 365/Azure AD environment. As demand for centralized services rose with planned expansion, the trust found its existing print tools unreliable and costly, causing delays that disrupted teachers’ limited time, increased stress for staff, and generated a high volume of helpdesk tickets.

The trust deployed Printix (via Tungsten) to provide cloud-integrated, centrally managed printing with Printix Redirector routing jobs securely to site printers. The solution was fast to roll out, now handles ~100,000 pages per month, cut helpdesk tickets from 123 to 5 (a 96% reduction), delivers about £10,000 in annual savings, improves user wellbeing and reporting visibility, and scales easily as new schools join the trust.
