Safran Landing Systems, part of Safran, faced the challenge of manually triaging 15,000–20,000 inbound emails each month across four shared mailboxes in multiple languages. To scale service while maintaining quality, Safran worked with Tungsten Automation and DS Informatique using Tungsten TotalAgility® and AI classification to modernize email handling.

Tungsten Automation implemented an end-to-end automation solution that classified, extracted, validated, and routed emails and attachments across five global sites in English, French, and Chinese. The result was a 70% reduction in manual email processing, faster and more consistent handling, improved accuracy and traceability, and a successful first AI pilot for sales administration at Safran.
