TTEC implemented a central service hub in one location with support for all major European languages, a single knowledge base, and direct access to the client’s ordering tools through a web-based interface. The solution included about 80 associates, international toll-free numbers, and a business continuity and disaster recovery plan. As a result, the client achieved lower operating costs, improved customer satisfaction, and a more resilient operation that could better withstand disruptions.
