TTEC worked with Facebook, a high-end camera retailer looking to expand from a strong regional presence into a national audience. The challenge was to grow brand awareness and drive more sales by reaching photography enthusiasts more effectively through Facebook ads.
TTEC implemented a two-part Facebook advertising strategy: one campaign focused on fan growth through interest-based targeting, and another geo-targeted direct-response campaign designed to boost revenue. The results were strong: Facebook’s fan base increased by 347% with a cost per fan of $0.24, about 80% below average, and Facebook-driven revenue rose 177% in two months, followed by another 31% increase two months later.
