Uncle Bob’s Self Storage, a national self-storage company serving more than 250,000 customers across 25 states, needed to improve the search visibility of its newly launched website. Despite the relaunch, its local search performance lagged behind competitors, limiting online lead generation and revenue opportunities. TTEC helped the company address this challenge through website search engine optimization.
TTEC worked with Uncle Bob’s marketing team on site architecture review, URL rewriting, navigation and page optimization, internal linking, duplicate content removal, and improving keyword-to-code ratio. Within hours of the SEO changes going live, Google indexed the site’s city pages and homepage, and the results were strong: about 70% of relevant keyword phrases ranked on the first page of Google organic search results, another 15% ranked on the second page, and the remaining terms continued to improve.
