TTEC worked with Leading Telecom Provider, a telecom leader looking to improve its Avaya telephony system. The customer needed to streamline and simplify configurations across multiple state Health and Human Service Commission branches, but inconsistent deployment made it difficult to integrate locations and add new users.

TTEC completed a six-week assessment of the environment, identified inefficiencies and redundancies, and worked with Avaya subject matter experts to design a scalable, future-proof SIP architecture within the Avaya Aura environment. The new approach made the solution more repeatable, reduced the need to redesign for future features, and set the stage for removing physical hardware over the next two years, saving millions of dollars in future maintenance costs.
