TTEC helped Leading Private Label and Food Services, a growing supplier expanding through acquisitions, address the challenge of integrating multiple companies with different communications infrastructures, providers, and support processes. Each new acquisition brought disparate equipment, isolated messaging systems, and costly long-distance calling, making it difficult to manage outages and standardize communications across the enterprise.
TTEC implemented a rapid migration approach to consolidate each acquisition onto the corporate Avaya network, leveraging WAN and SIP for internal site-to-site dialing and providing a consistent break/fix support model. Using the same dedicated staff for each cutover, TTEC completed implementations in under 30 days, reduced long-distance fees by thousands of dollars per year, and delivered integrated voicemail, messaging, disaster recovery, and a scalable path to newer technologies.
