The telecom provider needed a more personalized, easier-to-use offer experience because customers had to remember multiple short codes and there were only a few basic offer versions available.
TTEC helped build a single-code platform with analytics and decisioning capabilities, including affinity, propensity, and churn models, to personalize and assign the most relevant offers to each customer. The new approach enabled 140 offer variations in two days, drove a 4% acceptance rate in the first trial after 17% of customers viewed the offer, and increased incremental revenue by 28%; it also expanded into mobile apps and email without additional investment.
