Leading General Insurance Company partnered with TTEC to turn access to a large telecommunications customer database into a new sales opportunity while also supporting customer retention for the telecom provider. The challenge was to sell diversified insurance products efficiently, keep customer data accurate across both organizations, and manage service and claims support through a new integrated process.
TTEC designed and staffed three voice sales channels: an outbound sales team for insurance products, an inbound customer service line, and a claims management channel. The team used TTEC’s MatchPoint Matrix recruiting tool to identify high-potential associates and ramp the program quickly. The solution helped generate 6,000 new insurance contracts per month, achieve a 15–25% conversion rate, and drive a 25% increase in insurance sales, while improving data accuracy and customer loyalty for the telecom provider.
