A TTEC Case Study
TTEC partnered with the world’s largest pharmaceuticals and consumer health company to help launch a global Cost Improvement Program (CIP) aimed at generating $50 million in annual savings. The customer needed an external partner with fresh expertise to complement its internal teams and support cost-saving innovation across its manufacturing operations.
TTEC delivered a two-day innovation lab and rolled it out across 12 major manufacturing facilities worldwide, using workshops and “plan on a page” exercises to turn ideas into actionable initiatives. The program produced a pipeline of more than 100 CIP ideas, identified at least five projects for immediate execution, and led to at least three ideas expected to generate between $50 million and $71 million in savings.
