TTEC deployed 60 sales associates, campaign tools like “The Smart Calc,” and one-to-many video presentations to act as a one-stop shop for agency support and ad planning. As a result, TTEC now manages $1 billion in agency revenue for the client, has generated $237 million in annual revenue from 3,600 agencies, and helped create stronger relationships with SMB agencies and their customers.
