Balsam Hill, the online retailer known for high-end artificial Christmas trees, wanted a better way to reach website visitors who had not yet purchased during the critical holiday season. TTEC helped the company with a YouTube remarketing campaign to re-engage those prospects with targeted video ads.
Using YouTube remarketing, TTEC tested multiple creative variations, optimized calls-to-action, and expanded the audience beyond initial 30-day nonconverters as performance improved. The campaign delivered a 10x increase in conversions and an 87% decrease in cost per conversion versus the previous year, with performance strong enough to make YouTube comparable to Search and cheaper than most traditional display campaigns.
