Stakeholder Scorecards Help to Integrate Wellness Programs Across Diverse Locations

Goodrich Corporation, a Fortune 500 aerospace supplier with about 21,000 employees, needed to integrate data from multiple benefit programs and a new wellness initiative and then get actionable information into the hands of stakeholders across ten strategic business units. Leadership wanted a clear, consistent way to connect historically siloed benefit metrics to underlying health-related drivers of cost.

Goodrich launched a Wellness, Health, and Productivity Council and partnered with Truven Health to build an integrated data warehouse and Advantage Suite® scorecards and dashboards. The concise scorecards (about 15 key metrics) were distributed to SBU HR leaders with quarterly dashboards and regular review meetings, which engaged stakeholders, enabled local programming to address root causes, and supported ongoing program adjustments — all measurable through the integrated analytics.
