Hospital Corp. of America (HCA), a large healthcare system with approximately 160 hospitals and 100 outpatient surgery centers across 20 states and England, faced a challenge turning vast benefit‑vendor data into timely, actionable reports for corporate leadership. The automated reports cut generation time from a week to minutes, enabled rapid issue detection and vendor negotiations, and drove an estimated $2.3M in vendor negotiation savings plus $4.4M from plan design and network monitoring improvements.
