Oberstaufen, a destination in the Allgaeuer meadows with 60 hotels, 40 guest houses and B&B’s, and many holiday apartments, wanted to better showcase its scenic appeal and help guests choose the right accommodation. TrustYou helped Oberstaufen integrate user-generated guest reviews and TrustScoresTM into its website, while also using TrustYou’s survey solution to collect post-stay feedback from guests. As a result, Oberstaufen saw a 3.3% increase in overnight bookings, an 85% increase in overall reviews analyzed, and a 45% increase in management responses, making TrustYou a key driver of stronger engagement and more confident bookings.
